 I’m not worthy, I’m not good enough, I don’t have confidence, nobody really loves me, if I don’t love myself who will love me?

These are the main feelings that people share with me in our sessions, stories they tell themselves until they become stuck inside their thoughts and emotions. It becomes an unending loop between the mind, emotions, and the ego. It is a very sophisticated loop. The loop asks questions, answers itself in the mind, gives explanations, but nothing is released because we can’t solve emotional loops with the mind and we can’t solve mind loops with emotions. It doesn’t work. Each loop complicates the other.

There is only one way out- release the effort to understand and turn to the spirit. Ask for direction from a higher place - not from fear, but from trust because the spirit sees more and it isn’t afraid of the pain or confused by the stories we tell ourselves.

So, stop and sit for a moment in a quiet place and agree to release the loop, ask for direction from the universe through your nature intuition.

This is how the real healing happens.
